Privacy Notice

Stackmore Digital · Version 1.0 · 7 September 2026

This notice covers the loft conversion partner application on this website. It explains what we collect when you apply, why, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

1. Who we are

Stackmore Digital is the data controller for the information you give us through the application form on this site.

Company number16979240, registered in England and Wales
Registered address40B–40E Wickham Road, London, SE4 1NZ, England
Data requests[email protected]

If you want a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, that email address is the one to use. It is monitored and there is no form to fill in.

2. What we collect

From the application form, because you typed it:

  • Your name, mobile number and email address
  • Your company name and website
  • Whether loft conversions are your main work, the areas you cover, and your current capacity
  • The best time to call you

Automatically, when you arrive:

  • The address of the page you landed on, and the campaign tags in the link you clicked (these tell us which advert brought you here, not who you are)
  • A Meta click identifier, if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad — only if you accepted advertising cookies

We do not ask for, and do not want, your date of birth, gender, financial details or anything about your health.

3. Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

What forLawful basis
To ring you about your application and assess whether the partnership fits Legitimate interests — you asked us to contact you by applying, and a business-to-business call about the thing you applied for is what you would expect
To keep a record of your answers, so either side can check what was said if we disagree later about a lead Legitimate interests — the form submission is the only record both parties hold identically
To measure which adverts produce applications, using Meta advertising cookies Consent — nothing loads until you accept, and you can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie choices” button

Where we rely on legitimate interests you can object, and we will stop unless we have a compelling reason not to, which we would have to explain to you.

4. Who we share it with

WhoWhat they getWhy
HighLevel Inc. (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector) Everything you submit on the form This is our CRM. It stores your application and sends our internal notification. Servers are in the United States.
HighLevel Inc. (booking calendar) Your name, email and phone, to save you retyping them Only if you choose to book a slot on the thank-you screen.
Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd A hashed (scrambled) version of your email, phone and name, plus the fact that an application happened Only with your consent. It lets Meta tell us which advert worked. Hashing means Meta cannot read the values, but it can still match them to an account, so we treat it as your personal data and ask first.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with other advertisers, list brokers or lead resellers.

Two others hold data connected to this site without receiving your application itself. Squarespace hosts our main website at stackmoredigital.com. If you email us at the address in section 1, that correspondence sits in our business email system.

5. Sending data outside the UK

HighLevel and Meta both process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and the providers’ own standard contractual clauses. In plain terms: your data leaves the UK, and the contracts are what protect it.

6. How long we keep it

WhatHow long
Applications that do not lead to a partnership 12 months from the date you applied, then deleted
Applications from partners we go on to work with The life of the contract, then 6 years for tax and contract records, then deleted
Advertising data held by Meta, where you consented Governed by Meta’s own retention, not ours. Withdrawing consent stops further sharing but does not delete what has already gone

You can ask us to delete your data sooner than any of the above, and we will unless we are legally required to keep it.

7. Cookies

Two kinds, and only one needs your permission.

WhatWhat it doesNeeds consent?
Your cookie choice Remembers whether you said yes or no, so we stop asking No — it exists only to honour your answer
Meta Pixel Tells us which advert led to your application Yes. It does not load at all until you accept

Choosing “Essential only” costs you nothing — the page and the form work exactly the same. To change your answer later, use the “Cookie choices” button at the bottom left of the page.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • Give you a copy of what we hold about you
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete it
  • Stop using it for a particular purpose, or object to our legitimate interests
  • Send it to you or someone else in a portable format

We answer within one month, and it is free. Ask by emailing the address in section 1.

9. Complaints

Tell us first and we will try to put it right. If you are still unhappy you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, which regulates this in the UK: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or 0303 123 1113. You do not need our permission to go to them.

10. Changes

If we change how we handle your data we will update this notice and change the version and date at the top. Material changes to anything relying on your consent mean asking you again, not quietly amending this page.
